Some items may not be returned for hygenic reasons. These items include but are not limited pillows, undergarments, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, intimacy aids, shoes, medical devices, food, etc. In the cases of material defects or damage, at OUR DISCRETION, we will either refund you or replace the defective item.
Except as expressly stated herein, crazysaver, Inc. makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the crazysaver.com website. Except as expressly stated herein, crazysaver, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will however guarantee products against defects or shipping damage for 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, if you order an item that you later wish to return, it may ONLY be returned if all of the following are true: (1)The item is unopened and in original packaging AND (2) an RMA has been issued. We will not credit the shipping or handling costs associated with the returned item nor other items shipped with the original order. The shipping cost deducted from your refund will be the shipping you paid on items where there is a shipping charge, however, in the case of an item with free shipping, you will not be refunded the actual shipping cost of the item.
If a product arrives damaged we will at our discretion either (1) replace the product, or (2) issue a credit which will be limited to the actual sales price of the item, and if applicable, any associated shipping and handling for the damaged item only. We will not credit the shipping or handling costs associated with other items shipped with the original order. An RMA number must be issued by crazysaver.com customer service PRIOR to crazysaver accepting any returns. We will NOT accept returns without an RMA number.
To get an RMA number, which is required for us to accept a return, log on to crazysaver.com and click the “Customer Service” icon at the top of any page. Please fill out the form completely and accurately taking special care when entering your contact phone number, email address, and order number. The order number may be found on your emailed confirmation letter, or on the sales receipt included with your shipment. Upon submitting the form, you will be issued a case number. This is NOT your RMA number. This number will be emailed to you after a representative reviews your claim.
A case number will be issued and emailed back to you for your reference (please remember that this is not an RMA number). A customer service representative will review you request, and if applicable, an RMA number will be emailed to you along with specific return instructions including details on how to pack your item, where to ship the item to, and any information that should be packaged with your return. If there are any questions or issues regarding the return, a customer service representative will contact you either by email or phone.
All requests for technical service and support, for any product purchased through crazysaver.com ,should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. If the item purchased comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, then warranty repairs and returns must be negotiated between the manufacturer and you.
