When Free Shipping is offered, crazysaver.com’s Free Shipping offer is valid only on qualified items and only within the Continental United States. Qualified items are identified on product information pages with a free shipping icon.
Free shipping method can only be applied to orders in which you have selected the UPS Standard ground shipping method. Free shipping offer is limited to "In Stock" items only. If a shipping charge does apply, the charge will appear in your shopping basket at checkout. We will expedite your shipping for an additional charge. Please add 2 business days to your expedited shipping selection, for processing of orders, which starts from time the order is ready to leave our warehouse. Shipping rates are calculated by sending the weight and your “ship to” location to UPS for rate calculation. The rate is then sent from UPS to your shopping cart and displayed in the shipping options. This rate may or may not include a handling charge which will be automatically added to the shipping cost.
Since we ship all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) we cannot offer delivery to PO boxes NOR to APOs.
We MAY REQUIRE SIGNATURE as proof of delivery on items over $40, or order is shipped to APT or Suite number, or when deemed necessary on a order by order basis. If you wish to waive your proof of delivery, please call customer service.
Because of duties charged by foreign governments, we cannot ship to
international locations, such as Canada nor ship to APOs. Occasionally, exceptions can be made
when placing the order BY PHONE. Customers shipping outside the United States are responsible for paying any duties levied and these amounts will be charged separatly by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) There will be NO REFUNDS issued against merchandise where delivery is
refused by the customer and the merchandise is returned to us.

These estimates are for when the product usually leaves our warehouse. We make every effort to ship your order as promptly as possible. You can select to send a package to either of the following:
(1) "My Billing" - the same address as the billing address on your credit card
(2) "Use Separate Shipping Address" - an alternate address for your order to be shipped to. If your billing address is a PO box, you use MUST specify an alternate physical address. Orders that have been placed using a PO box and accepted by our system upon checkout may be rejected, and if charged, a full refund will be applied to your credit card if the order is cancelled. We may attempt to ascertain a shipping address by contacting you either by email or phone.
If you are sending the order as a gift, please be aware that we include a sales receipt in each box listing all items and pricing.
